Accessibility Statement
Effective May 11, 2026
Life Event is committed to digital accessibility. We aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the host portal, public event pages, and marketing site. Accessibility is reviewed continually as we ship.
What we do
- Semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy on every page.
- Keyboard navigation across all interactive controls.
- Visible focus indicators that meet the 3:1 contrast minimum.
- Text contrast that meets WCAG AA on every template.
- Color is never the only signal, important state is also conveyed in text or shape.
prefers-reduced-motionrespected by all our animations, including the cinematic intro and aurora backdrop.- Right-to-left language layout for Arabic and Hebrew.
- Image alt text on all decorative and informational images.
- Skip-to-content links and ARIA landmarks where appropriate.
Where we're still working
- Continued audit of every event template for color-contrast edge cases at runtime.
- Screen reader walk-throughs for the host dashboard.
- Captioning for embedded livestreams (provider-dependent).

Hosts can use the AI accessibility audit (Manage → AI → Accessibility check) to surface concerns in their event setup before guests see it: physical access, sensory access, dietary needs, communication, and inclusivity.
