What paying changes
What a paid plan buys is capacity, not features. It lifts the cap of one published event at a time, and it raises how many guests can accept per event: 10 on Free, 150 on Single Event, 250 on Premium, 500 on Pro Host, uncapped on Enterprise. The cap counts acceptances, not invitations. You can invite as many people as you like on any plan, but once that many have said yes, later replies are turned away, so invite with the number in mind. Drafts are unlimited on every plan, so an event can be built and previewed in full before anything is paid.
Nothing else is gated by plan. Moderation of guest photographs applies to every event on every plan and cannot be turned off. A Free host can add as many co-hosts as they want. Every plan, including Free, can export guests, RSVPs, donations, tributes, schedule, menu, gallery, registry and auction records as CSV at any time.

Fundraising and donations include a 3% platform fee on Pro Host and Enterprise. Free, Single Event and Premium do not pay it. Stripe processing fees apply separately. Prices are in US dollars and are the total charged: no sales tax or VAT is added at checkout, in any country.
